{"id":1607,"date":"2025-12-16T08:14:26","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T07:14:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/control-advent.com\/?p=1607"},"modified":"2025-12-16T08:15:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T07:15:21","slug":"16-wie-repariert-man-die-magische-losung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/control-advent.com\/?p=1607&lang=de","title":{"rendered":"16 &#8211; Wie repariert man die magische L\u00f6sung?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Geschenkfabrik am Nordpol werden viele Prozesse mit Dampfdruck betrieben.<br>Der Dampfdruck wird durch das \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen eines Ventils geregelt.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der Vergangenheit wurde das Ventil mit einem einfachen analogen <strong>Ein-\/Aus- Regler <\/strong>gesteuert. Leider kam es dadurch zu <strong>anhaltenden Schwankungen<\/strong>: Der Dampfdruck stieg und fiel st\u00e4ndig, anstatt sich auf einem konstanten Wert einzupendeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um dieses Problem zu beheben, beschlossen die Wichtel, eine ausgefeilte und magische L\u00f6sung auszuprobieren: den <strong>Pinienzapfen &#8211; Iglu &#8211; Dauertanz (PID) Regler <\/strong>. Es besteht aus drei Teilen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pinienzapfen (P):<\/strong> Der magische Pinienzapfen reagiert auf die Differenzen zwischen dem gew\u00fcnschten Druck und dem aktuellen Druck. Er verst\u00e4rkt oder d\u00e4mpft diese Differenz um den Faktor <strong>K<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iglu (I):<\/strong> Das Iglu w\u00e4chst oder schmilzt in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von derselben Druckdifferenz.<br>Die Zeitkonstante <strong>Ti <\/strong>bestimmt, wie schnell dies geschieht: Ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Wert von<strong>\u00a0Ti <\/strong>bedeutet, dass das Iglu langsamer w\u00e4chst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dauertanzende Wichtel (D):<\/strong> Die dauertanzenden Wichtel reagieren darauf, wie schnell sich der Druck \u00e4ndert. Die Zeitkonstante <strong>Td <\/strong>bestimmt, wie stark sie auf schnelle \u00c4nderungen reagieren: Ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Wert von <strong>Td<\/strong>\u00a0bedeutet, dass die Wichtel sich mehr bem\u00fchen m\u00fcssen, die Entwicklung des Drucks vorherzusagen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Regler \u00fcbt dann einen Druck aus, der sich aus der Leistung des Pinienzapfens, der dr\u00f6\u00dfe des Iglus und der Dauertanzgeschwindigkeit der Wichtel zusammensetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wichtel sind ganz begeistert, ersetzen die alten Ein\/Aus-Regler durch die neuen PID-Regler und versetzen das System wieder in den Automatikmodus. Doch zu ihrer gro\u00dfen Entt\u00e4uschung schwingt das System weiter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu ihrer gro\u00dfen Entt\u00e4uschung <strong>schwankt der Dampfdruck immer noch<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nehmen wir an, dass:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Drucksensor sauber ist (keine St\u00f6rger\u00e4usche), und<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Schwankungen durch eine zu aggressive Reaktion des Reglers verursacht werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wichtel fragen sich nun, ob eine Anpassung der Pinienzapfenverst\u00e4rkung <strong>K<\/strong>, der Igluwachstumszeit <strong>Ti<\/strong>, und der Dauertanzzeit <strong>Td<\/strong> die Situation beruhigen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wie sollten diese Parameter ge\u00e4ndert werden, um die Schwankungen zu verringern?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. \ud83d\udcc8\ud83c\udf32\u23f1\ufe0f\u00a0K erh\u00f6hen, Ti erh\u00f6hen und Td erh\u00f6hen.<br>b. \ud83d\udcc8\ud83c\udf32\u2b07\ufe0f\u00a0K erh\u00f6hen, Ti
