Nach zwei Jahren entbehrlicher Nachtschichten drohen die Wichtel nun mit einem Streik und der Einstellung der Produktion, falls sich nichts \u00e4ndert. Mit der schnell n\u00e4her r\u00fcckenden Weihnachtszeit und dem gro\u00dfen Zeitdruck hat der Weihnachtsmann endlich beschlossen, Regelungstechnik (eine Methode zur automatischen Regelung von Systemen) einzusetzen, um die Produktionsprozesse in der Werkstatt am Nordpol zu regeln. Sobald alles bereit ist, w\u00e4re es wie eine eigene \u201eBig Wichtel Brother\u201c-Show des Weihnachtsmanns, bei der ein paar Rentiere das Geschehen von der Seitenlinie aus beobachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. \ud83d\udcdd\ud83c\udf84\ud83c\udf6a Der Weihnachtsmann w\u00fcrde alles bis ins kleinste Detail planen, um ein Chaos am Nordpol zu vermeiden: Wichtelschichten organisieren, Spielzeuginspektionen durchf\u00fchren und f\u00fcr gen\u00fcgend Keksnachschub sorgen (ja, Kekse \u2013 niemand will mit einem hungrigen Wichtel zu tun haben!). Dies w\u00fcrde helfen, Katastrophen zu vermeiden, wie letztes Jahr, als ein Wichtel auf dem F\u00f6rderband eingeschlafen ist und sich in Geschenkpapier und Schleifenband auf dem Schlitten wiederfand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c. \u2744\ufe0f\ud83d\udcc8\ud83c\udf81 Da die Weihnachtsbriefe schneller ankommen als Schneeflocken, w\u00fcrde der Weihnachtsmann die Wichtel anweisen, die Produktion flexibel anzupassen, basierend auf der Anzahl der bereits hergestellten Spielzeuge und der Anzahl der eingehenden W\u00fcnsche.
