The elves play different games during the weekends. The main aspect for them is that every rule is followed, the games are fair and everybody is having fun. Today, they agreed to play a round of βelf chessβ where one steps/jumps on a tile on the giant chess board and then, one every five minutes, follows the instructions written on the tile. The fun is not only to play but also to cheer and applaud from the side!
Due to an exhausting work week, elf Paula has slept in a bit and arrives 20 minutes late, meaning that she has missed four steps / tile changes / instructions already having been played.
Her best friend Paul is playing and already made it to tile C2 and -although having had a cup of punch- is annoyed and disappointed as she is late and has missed his grant game so far.

Paula is trying to cover up her mishap but to convince Paul she needs to tell him where he started his game.
Can you help her? Where did Paul start?
